Motion Graphics Package

I created a motion graphics package for Sling TV that would refresh their brand's look and feel across various channels, such as social media, TV spots, and in-app experiences. One of the main challenges was to develop easy-to-use templates while maintaining consistency across different styles. The resulting suite of assets was effective in establishing a consistent and recognizable brand identity for Sling TV, while also offering a flexible and customizable toolkit that could be adapted to different styles and use cases.

Context

The Sling TV brand underwent a major refresh to create a more sophisticated, immersive and consistent experience across all touchpoints. To do this, we created a new design system from the ground up, and this included the need for a cohesive and beautiful approach to the brand motion design.

My Role

My role in the Sling TV motion graphics project was to create a suite of assets that would be used across various channels. This included developing editable templates to make the handoff of motion projects easier between teams. I oversaw the project from concept to final delivery, and was proud to see our assets being deployed to help establish a consistent brand identity for Sling TV.

To coincide with the new season of Yellowstone, we collaborated on a promotional TV spot that captures the spirit of the show. We're proud of the final result and can't help but give a big 'Yee-Haw!'

Commercial Break Slates

Times Square Billboard

Our team had a great opportunity to create a digital billboard on LG’s Times Square placement. Although the end product was a little watered down from our original ideas, I’m still proud to have worked on a placement with such high visibility.

Impact

The Sling TV motion graphics package has had a significant impact on the brand's overall presence and recognition across various channels. By establishing a consistent look and feel through the use of our templates and assets, Sling TV has been able to enhance their visual identity and engage with their audience in a more compelling way.
